Originally from El Salvador, Felipe migrated to the United States in 1981. After moving from California to Arizona, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Phoenix in 2009 and a Master's degree in Education and Training from Argosy University in 2011. With over 30 years of experience, Felipe has cultivated a diverse professional career across engineering, finance, and academic institutions in both Latin America and the United States, focusing on marketing and client relations. As the Director of Business Operations, he is responsible for guiding the firm's marketing strategies and works closely with team members to ensure clients have positive experiences. Outside of work, Felipe enjoys cooking and traveling.
